The 2012–13 Tijuana season was the 66th professional season of Mexico's top-flight football league. The Copa Libertadores is a seasonal association football competition that was established in 1960. The season is split into two tournaments—the Torneo Apertura and the Torneo Clausura—each with identical formats and each contested by the same eighteen teams. It begins in mid-January and ends with the final in November of the same year.
